Need some help or ideas for insuring everything is configured correctly inside Virtual Center

I built out my ESX hosts, installed Virtual Center and now I'm getting ready to add my hosts and create my vSwitches..etc. I also configured HA and DRS.

What else should I look out or insure is configured correctly inside my environment? Just want to make sure I cover all my basis before deploying a VM.

if you are uncertain about vmotion compatible CPU's you may want to consider enabling EVC on the Cluster, while it's empty.

here's a couple cool free tools as well

Some points:

Make sure that you have all the alarms and scheduled tasks created. You can disable the once that you are not planning to use.

Check that roles and permissions are created for all the users

Perform a vmotion and see it works for vms in all the hosts.

Review the HA and DRS settings again and make sure that things are configured properly
