Need help with Alarm email notifications from SMTP standpoint

We configured our email account and smtp server, but we are not getting email notifications.

What needs to be completed at the SMTP server level?

In relay option you have to accept the IP of VC, or accept the sender email.

You must add on each alarm a new action (send email).
