Need appropriate TLS reconfigurator version for VCSA 6.5 U3l

We are using VCSA 6.5 build number: 16764584

Per  https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2143838 : build number 16764584 is vCenter Server 6.5u3l  (lower case L)

Per https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2147469  - the appropriate rpm for this is VMware-vSphereTlsReconfigurator-6.5.0-5597882.x86_64.rpm

Unfortunately we cannot find this rpm on the vmware download site.  The closest TLS reconfigurator rpm we have found to our VCSA version 6.5 U3l is the 6.5 U3k rpm below :

Release Date:2020-07-30
Build Number:16478865

Can someone assist?

Hi

vC 6.5 U3l is a security patch, so the TLS configurator available for 6.0 U3k should still work

VMware-vSphereTlsReconfigurator-6.5.0-16478865.x86_64.rpm'

VMware vCenter Server Appliance Photon OS Security Patches
