I have 2 - 6 processor licenses for Vcenter Server. One is already installed on a physical server, but I would like to use this same server for both installations. Is that possible? Is there any way to have both installations appear in the same console?
Thanks
I would advise on just bringing up a VM and installing vCenter on that guest OS. Your inquiry is just not possible, that I am aware of.
As I know is not possible (maybe by changing default ports and installation directory... but there is no simple way to change service names). And for sure it is not supported.
I suggest to use multiple VMs for each vCenter Server.

As stated above - drop the second install on a VM - much beater way to go and your maintenance on one host will not affect the other.
Is there a reason for having 2 VCs though? Can't you just split your clusters into VM Datacenters and permission the DCs accordingly?
Also, hosting VCs seperately means you can use the second VC as a recovery path in case of something happening to the first.
Good luck.
