Multiple vCenter SQL Database

When a SQL server is hosting more than one vCenter database how much of the SQL configuration be reused for the 2nd vcenter DB aside from the actual database, or does everything have to be replicated with different names and such?

I have one vCenter and the DB for it is on a separate SQL server. I want to add another vCenter and thus another DB to the same SQL server.

TIA

Troy

"Each vCenter Server instance must have its own database. vCenter Server instances cannot share the same database schema. Multiple vCenter Server databases can reside on the same database server, or they can be separated across multiple database servers." - from http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-51/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.vmware.vsphere.install.doc%2FGUID-7C9A1E23-...
