Multiple VC's, how many VCBs?

Hi

In our environment we will be having 2 or 3 Virtual Centers. We will be using VCB for backups. Can one VCB proxy talk to multiple Virtual Centers?

Correct..The "stock" enabler and integration kits allow for only one VC host in config.js. You could, however create custom scripts to use vcbmounter to connect to multiple VC servers.

As far as I know, you cannot change the VC target for the VCB installation to look at more than 1 host name. You could possibly set a script to copy in a modified version of config.js before each of your backup jobs though.
