Moving Virtual Centre Database to another server

We are using esxi4.1 and VC 4.1.  Our VC databases are on a remote sql 2005 server.   We know want to move these databases to another server which has sql 2008 installed.   Is there any written steps we can use to follow to move the VC databases.   Is this easy to do.   Also we can move a remote VC database between a sql server 2005 to sql server 2008 R2.   Any issues with this.
