Moving VCenter Server and Database Server

I am trying to solve a problem, We are looking to move virtual VCenter Server and DB server to a new physical datacenter without moving physical host or storage or using SRM. Anyone can help solve this problem.

The destination host make part of this vCenter server ? Which version o vCenter/vSphere you're using ? Did you tried move the vCenter VM using the vSphere Web Client and selecting the "Change Both Host and Datastore" option ?

Take a look here: vSphere 5.1 vMotion deepdive - frankdenneman.nl

Moderator note: Something else that needed to be moved was your post, as it's a product discussion - so it now lives in the vCenter Server forum area.

We are currently on VSphere 5.5 U1. We will be getting new storage and only on full chassis of HP C7000 filled with 16 HP BL460 G7 blades. We are trying to find the best way to move the VCenter. Know that we are not able to connect into VSphere when the server is shutdown to move to a new host or datastore at the same time. Am I able to move any server to a new host and datastore at the same time with the web console?
