I moved a few VMs to a different VC server running 2.5 (from 2.0). I no longer have the option to mount any floppy or CD/DVD thru VC on these VMs. Any new VMs created show the option just fine. Any ideas?
Did you go under edit settings for the virtual machine and ensure that client device is selected for floppy and cd/dvd devices. If they aren't the toolbar buttons don't show up in the vmware console.
