So I just recently built two new ESXi v4.1 hosts (260247) and am using vCenter server/client 4.1 258902.
One of the hosts I can view the NFS stats (latency/throughput) just fine from both the host view and individual VM view. But not the other host. Not only is the NFS statistics missing, the Real Time time range is missing as well.
If I migrate one of the VMs to the other host, its perf graphs show up just fine. If I migrate ite back, it does not display.
The problem only appears to be the one host. I'm going to reboot it see if anything changes, but thought I'd get this out there in case it doesn't resolve it and anyone else has insight.
