Minimum privileges for Managing Templates

I want to create a role that has the minimum privileges required for creating and modifyting virtual machine templates and provisioning virtual machines.  Is there a guide for this?  This role should have no other privileges.

For deploy:

For managing you need at least admin on VM.

Hi

Welcome to the communities.

Just give right to folder that contains vm tempests & respective group .

If want to give rights to multiple user better manage through group permission.
