Migrated VMs lose network connectivity

Hi all,

I'm using vCenter 4.1 and clustering 4 ESX 4.1 hosts.  HA and DRS are enabled.  When I migrate an active VM from one host to another in the cluster that VM loses network connectivity to the LAN.  All hosts are connected to the same network and their vSwitches are configured the same except for the unique IP addresses they have.

Any ideas?

Are the hosts connected to a managed switch? Are the ports on the physical switch (in case of Cisco) configured for spanning-tree portfast as well as mode access?

vSwitches do not have IP addresses. Can you clarify what you mean by this? Maby a screen shot would help.
