Hi, is it possible to migrate several vm with vmotion by selecting several vm in same time.
Regards.
It is possible, somehow.
Within the VI client You can select multiple VMs (if they are in the same view) with Shift-Click and/or Ctrl-Click, and then start Migrate... from the context menu (right mouse-click).
This will start the migration wizard, will let you choose a target host, and will then VMotion all selected VMs to this target host (if all VMotion prerequisites are fulfilled for each VM).
With the older VirtualCenter client (1.x) this did not work, but with some newer 2.x version this is now working.

No, unless that click is putting a host in maintenance mode and you are running DRS

Ok, to complete your answer it's possible in the tab virtual machines directly on the host, not in the left menu.
Thanks.
Thanks for responding back with that! Good to know for future reference.
