Memory Hot Add on Exchange VM's

Hello everyone,

Just need to know i would like to hot add the memory on my exchange server (mailbox servers) VM's , so is anybody faced any issue while doing the same. I know there will be no reboot of the VM's but again if anybody face any issues or gaps.

This isn't supported my Microsoft. The exchange service will need to be restarted as exchange allocates all of its memory at start up. It will not see the added memory. Whereas SQL will and is supported by Microsoft.
