Maintenance scripts for vCenter DB not working SQLSTATE 42000

Working with vCenter 4.1 and MS SQL2005 Server (upgraded from 4.0).

None of our SQL 2005 maintenance scripts for the vCenter DB not running, The SQL log shows this.

Ausgeführt als Benutzer: ''NT-AUTORITÄT\SYSTEM''. Could not find stored procedure 'stats_rollup1_proc'. (Fehler 2812). Fehler bei Schritt.

Any ideas to fix it?

you may think about recreating your rollup jobs

I recreated the SQL Server Agent Jobs, but same error. This did not solve the problem. Beside we are loosing the perfomance data from a lot of VMs (No Data Available). Hope someone can help.

no data available or you can see real time data only? If real time, take a look at the below article. Also the SQL Agent is running?
