Login as admin but no admin rights

Hi,

I have VirtualCenter 2.0 Server and I am wodering what happened. I can login as administrator but I don't have administrator rights. Anybody knows what went wrong and how to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might have removed the rights for Administrator user by mistake. Try creating another user. Add that use to "Administrators" group. Try login to VC using this user.

This new user should have administrator rights.

How can I make another user if I don't have administrator rights? If I can do that, I would have been done that already.

Hi,

I meant, create an administrator user in the OS. In VC the administrator role is assigned to the "Administrators" group, not to the user. So if you create another user who is in the administrators group, you should be able to login.
