Log4j Mitigation in VCSA Requires Removing HA

This is my first post and I'm not sure I put this in the right category.

I have HA enabled and need to deploy the workaround for Log4j.  The first step is to remove HA.  Can I just disable HA, or do I need to completely remove the configuration before running the workaround script?

According to the KB article, only vCenter HA (VCHA) needs to be disabled. Since it's not configured you may proceed with the remediation.

The KB article - I assume that's what you are referring to - talks about "VCHA" (vCenter HA), i.e. not the "default" HA.
Which of these two HA features do you use?

I'm not sure.  Under the vCenter server, Configure, vCenter HA it says "Set Up vCenter HA" and under one of my clusters in Configure, vSphere Availability - vSphere HA is turned on and Host Failure is set to Restart VM's.

Since the vCenter config doesn't have vCenter HA setup, does that mean I don't have anything to do?
