License server needs to restart

We have a system with two esx hosts and a vc server. ESX are connected to SAN.

Lately I've recieved two kinds of errors:

1: I more and more get the error "The request failed because the remote server took too long time to respond.

2:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

3: at the same time, the ESX hosts seems to loose contact with the license server. (restart of the license service cures this, but I seem to loose vmotion and ha when this happens)

Any help, pointers or suggestions are very much welcome!

is it a new installed VC or ESX Hosts? Or did you any upgrades on VC?

Ensure all pHosts are correctly in DNS, try to add all physical Hosts to the local Host file of VC, I could solve similar problem with doing that. Have also a look about this threat:
