we are running vsphere 6.0u2. In the summary tab of the VM it shows Vmware tools current but when i am checking this in VM Guest OS Device Manager it is showing Keyboard and Mouse Driver with Exclamation Sign.
try downloading different VMware tools from VMware.com. They ain't in sync anymore with the underlaying hypervisor. But stil it is weird, tried uninstalling the devices?
