Issue on vCenter installation and configuration and failed at stage 2

Hey All,

I have issue on vCenter installation and configuration and failed at stage 2. The issue is attached below.

vCenter and ESXi versions are as follows:

• VMware-VCSA-all-7.0.2-17920168
• VMware-VMvisor-Installer-7.0U2a-17867351.x86_64
• Jumpserver as Windows Server 2016 

Please let me know where i have done the mistake ?
