Is it possible to restart vcenter via esx console?

Hi, does anyone know if its possible to power on a vritual vcenter from esx console screen?

if your vCenter server is virtual then you can use either of the below commands to change the state of the VM:

vmware-cmd

or

vim-cmd

once you run these commands you will be provided with list of available options....let us know if you face any issues.
