Is it possible to manually add patches to Update Manager?

I don't have web access on my test layer so need to add the patches manually - what's the easiest way to do this?

You can use the umds service to download the patches, and then export them to the update manager server, and then import them into the update manager. Check the update manager admin guide for exact steps:
