I have No any default alarm definitions in fresh install vCenter 4

Hi All.

I makes fresh install of VC 4 in evaluation mode all ok but I have No any default alarm definitions.

Please help to solve this problem.

There is a bug when upgrading to VC4 but it should not appear in fresh installations.

Did you install everything from scratch, also the Database?

I think this is a bug because I install vCenter on Windows Server 2003 R2 Russian Edition.

Thanks, but I can't apply this solution, because i start new installation of Windows Server 2003 English edition and vCenter.
