I cannot send email from my vcenter 7 even event are triggered

I cannot send email from my vcenter 7 even event are triggered

I have followed step https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/54375 but not working

I have a bad day today due to this issue

Anyone can help me?

What sometimes worked in the past- other than modifying files directly - was to configure wrong mail server settings, save them, and then change them back to the correct settings. At least worth a try!?
