I have a VM that apperently failed a storage migration. I had the option to complete the migration, but that also failed because the demotion files were missing. I no longer need the VM, so I attempted to remove from enventory using the ProwerCli.
Get-VM VMNAME | Remove-Inventory
This command completed sucessfully, but now the VM is showing up in vCenter as being orphaned. I have no options to remove from inventory.
Does anyone know how I may remove the VM from vCenter via a SQL query?
I am running vCenter 4.1, and SQL 2005 SP3.
