How to manually un-register plugin

I have an application that has been uninstalled (then replaced by new version) , but apparently it didn't unregister itself during uninstall process from vcenter.

Now i see an error in Plug-in Manager.

Is there a way to manually unregister it, get rid of it from plug-in manager?

attached is the screenshot.

check add/remove programs of the OS that vCenter is running on, as well as each client. Most plugins are client specific, so check your machine as well.
