How to link standalone 6.5 vCenter Servers

We have three 6.5 vCenter Server Appliances with external PSC's. All 3 have Active Directory authentican for the same AD domain. We want to configure all three in Enhanced Link mode. What is the process to accomplish this?

If these are currently separate vCenters that weren't deployed as part of a PSC replication group, at this time there is no way to retroactively "join" them in a group for ELM purposes.

These were originally vCenter 5.5. Windows servers with embedded SSO. They were upgrade and migrated to 6.5 appliances with external PSCs.

Again, if they were standalone prior to the upgrade, they're standalone after the upgrade with no way to integrate them into ELM.
