How to disable "Map disk region" tasks.

Hello,

When Netbackup 7 is backing up virtual machines it spits many "Map disk region" tasks.

I know that this is default functionality.

But how do I stop those specific tasks to appear in my recent tasks view?

Hello.

As far as I know, there is no way to remove these messages. I agree with you though, they are somewhat annoying.
