How to configure remote web access to NAT'd VC

My VC is behind a NAT'd firewall using a 10.x.x.x address.

When I access VC from the public IP address everything works find except remote console of VM's.

Is it true that you have to use port 903 directly to the ESX server also when using web access?

If so, are there any workarounds?

I'm using VC 2.5 and ESX 3.5

No, there is no work around for that. You don't have the option to use VC as a proxy for the Remote Console sessions.
