How to configure all alarms on vCenter with PowerCli or VMawreCli?

Hi,

I look for how i can setup all alarms in the vCenter 4 or 5, i want to specify the action by send a notification trap, and i have to do it for 50 vCenters.

So if someone have an idea, or someone can help me, thank you very much!
