How to Correlate virtual disk to OS Disk

I need to delete one of the virtual disks from a vm. The problem is that I have two disks that are identical, plus they are on idividual virtual scsi adapters so if I look at the properties of the disks in disk management they are both target ID 0. Is there any other way to correlate which virtual disk belongs to which disk inside the OS?

Since this is often not easy to figure out, I usually create each disk with a slightly different size. That said, resize one of the disks (e.g. add 1GB to the virtual disk) and you will be able to identify the disk you want to delete.
