Installing vCenter on a preinstalled, ordinary GNU/Linux OS is not possible/supported.

vCenter only comes in these two flavors:

1. Windows installable vCenter

2. vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA), a complete GNU/Linux-based virtual appliance from VMware for deployment as an ESXi VM

Not 100% sure what do you really want, but to remove a host from inventory and the vCenter agent from the host, just remove all hosts from inventory like described here: Remove a Managed Host from vCenter Server in the vSphere Web Client

Will not work beacause the webclient shows not the Host and his virtual maschins

i see theme only in VMware vSphere Client but there i can not manag theme because i have to do this in web client.

at this issue i will remove Vcenter and make theme new.
