How do I suggest an enhancement request?

I have several thing I'd like to see in the vSphere client:

1. Why can't it remember how far over I slid the bar dividing the left and right panes?  Or how far up I slid the bar dividing the Recent Tasks pane at the bottom?

2. Why can't it COUNT?  There should be a total count of all the lines in the right pane somewhere at the top or bottom of the list.  I know that you can get VM totals for entities like clusters, etc. on the Summary tab.  But for folders there are no summary tabs.  How hard is it for computers to count, after all?
