Host missing after permissions change

In vCenter I changed the "Users" roll to "No Access" on a single host in vCenter.  Now that host is completely missing from host tree.  Regardless of which user I login as, it does not appear on any lists.

How can I get the permissions for "Users" roll back to "Read Only" on this host?
