Having issue with virtual Machine Administrator Role

Hi all, I have a issue maybe you have seen before. I have a role that is virtual Machine Administrator Role and when i go to deploy a virtual server the box "use exsisting customization file is grayed out. Thing is the role has full vm's rights added to it? Any ideas?

I was using a VM level Admin role and had issues after upgrading to vCenter 4. This fix? Within vCenter at the top of the tree (the name of your vCenter server), go to the Permissions tab and give them Datastore/Browse Datastore permission. Make sure you Propagate to Child Objects.

You r users needs rights to the resource pool they want to add this to, the Datatstore they want to host it on and the cluster / server that will host the VM.

Ensure that they have applicable rights at each location.

One day I will virtualise myself . . .
