Guide Consolidation Tab missing after vCenter Upgrade

I've completed the upgrade of vCenter, but now the Guide Consolidation tab is missing. The converter seems to be ok as I have the option to "Import" Machines. Have I missed something during the upgrade?

Which kind of upgrade have you done?

From 2.5 to 4.0? Have you upgrade also all the plugin (server side)?
