I was wondering which port(s) I have to open, that the VCB Proxy can communicate with the VirtualCenter Management Server that is located in the DMZ. Does this also goes over port 902?

Yes,
HOST (no default)
Host name/port of the VirtualCenter server or the ESX
Server peer used by the VCB proxy.
PORT 902 Port number to connect to on the VirtualCenter or ESX
Server peer.
