I need to get notified when a change is made to the authorizations in vCenter Server. For example, if currently only a certain group of users is assigned the "administrator" role - if any other person or group is added, I need to get notified. vCenter is running on Windows OS and I'm using version 5.5 of vCenter. I have a third party tool that can read Windows Event Logs and look for a certain event.
Will events like this get written to the Windows Event Logs of vCenter? Has anyone done something like this successfully?
