Filter alarms

Hi

We set the most alarms on the vCenter 4.1 for all our hosts and VM's.

Now I have the problem, that I wanna filter out just one of these VM's from such a CPU alarm. Isn't that possible? So do I really have to delete this alarm on the vCenter and set it to all VM's I need it that I can keep one VM out of this alarm?

Thx for any suggestions.

I have figured out this.

just right Click on the VM that you dont want to monitor via vcenter alarm. go to Alarm, there you got a option to disable or enable alarm use that as you required.

Refer the attachment..

There is no such options in vitrual center alarms to keep out one virtual machine from monitoring.

Option is to define alarm, enable alarm or disable alarm. it applys to all virtual machine if its a virtual machine alarm. if its host alarm it applys to all host.

Up to i know..
