I get this error message when I try to reconnect my esx 3.0.2 hosts to the new installed Virtual Center 2.5

Do I need some new license files?

My License Server was also updated during the VC 2.5 installation.

What can I do here?

Thats what I've found now.

The license server is up and running but he does not use the licenses.. but why?

The license server check tells me, that 1 VC-Server license is issued, but not in use.

Thats strange in my opinion..

I had this same issue today and I did the following.

1 - Recreated the license files from scratch.

2- Uninstall Virtual Center and the License Server and deleted the old license file.

3- Reinstalled Virtual Center and the License Server keeping the same database.

Everything has seemed to be back to normal. I'm not sure what had happened as of yet, but it wasn't good.
