Why add features that never work? This has been a problem since vCetner 7.0.0
They added Lifecycle Management, you can setup a cluster to work with an image. If you want to export that image to use on other machines, you're **bleep** out of luck now.
There was a workaround when exporting a custom vLCM ISO, it would open page a throw a cert error (port was 9084), if you changed that port to 9087 and re-loaded the page, it would download the ISO
Now since 7.0.3G and higher, you cannot, it throws an "un-expected error has occured" and will not export the ISO
If you create a LCM image with NO vendor addons, the ISO export works.
Way to go, you broke a feature that was incredibly helpful. I opened another SR and they are absolutely lost
It took 3 months last time for them to realize we had to change the port to 9087
