Hello
We shutdown our ESXi Host without putting it into Maintenance Mode first.
Now after we have tried to start it back up again it has been stuck on the "Initializing Scheduler" screen for approx 30 min
Any ideas on what i should do to fix it?

Disabling the USB legacy in BIOS fix this issue..
Refer the below link.. this issue is reported in UCS, IBM and many other hardwares with ESXi 4.X
