Which tool should I use for Health check and what all comes under health check. Can anyone please help me with it. I want various different tools to be identified and packaged for assessment. Many Thanks.

you could check out vCheck as Open Source Scripts . Much is possible over Powercli.

you just could also check out vCenter Alertings or  "Operation Manager Foundation"  if you have the Proper vSphere Esxi License .
