ESXi 3.5 Update 2 Not Responding in Virtual Center

Today one of my ESXi Update 2 (Build 110271) server keeps going to not responding in Virtual Center Update 2 (Build 104215).

I can disconnect and reconnect and the server will respond for a few minutes; then it will go to not responding.

ESXi Server is a Dell 1950 III 2 Quad cores 32 GB RAM and ESXi embedded installed.

The server has production VM running on it so I can reboot until late at night.

Dose anyone have any suggestion to try to fix this issue?

If I restart The management Agents from the direct console will it cause the virtual machines to restart too?

I have seen this if you do not start with a clean database, what version of VC did you upgrade from?

I would if you can reinstall VC 2.5 u3 but choose to do a new database, it will work then.
