ESXI and ESX 3.5

hi

as possible insert a esxi update 2 in VIC on esx 3.5 (VC 2.5)

Yeah, you can manage a ESX U2 with VC2.5, anyway you can update your VC server to the last update.

I have a VirtualCenter 2.5 build 119598, I have 4 Esx in 3.5. I have 4 Esx with 2 core and 1 Licence 2core by ESX. When i add host (host in Esxi 3.5), i have an error with licenced and i can't addd the host !! ??

I have a Licence server an another server dedicated for Licences.

How many CPUs are in the ESX hosts?

How many CPU worth of licenses did you purchase?

I can not tell this information from your notes.
