Do you know a command that help me know the Last Patch Installed on ESX 3.0.X???

esxupdate -l query

in the console

You can run these commands from the ESX host

esxupdate -l query will show you the list of patches installed.

vmware -v will show your your current version and build #

FYI: vmware -v isn't always consistent with cat /proc/vmware/version

Or to get something more GUI you could use the free VMTS Patch Manager program from http://www.vmts.net.

It works well!
