Dear Team,

I have created below POA for said activity, just want to confirm below POA is correct or if some point is missing please add the same.

Stop VC Server service

Stop SSO service

Take VC DB backup and save it on network drive

Take RSA DB backup and save it on network drive

Take SQL server snapshot

Uninstall MSSQL Enterprise edition

Reboot the server

Install MSSQL STD edition

Restore VC DB and RSA DB

Start VC server service

Start SSO service

Try to connect VC

Check historical data (Performance / Task / Events)

Do let me know if any step is missing so that i will schedule this activity ASAP.

regards

Overall plan looks good to me. I hope you have refereed above blog post on this.

While restarting you may have to start SSO service first and then VC.
