Display ESXi hosts by hostname instead of IP?

Might be a silly question, and definitely not critical, but can existing esxi hosts be displayed by hostname? Some of them are part of an HA cluster if that matters...

Mine are all displayed by hostname, did you add them via IP or by hostname?  I added mine by hostname.

They were added by IP. I don't think there was a DNS server available when most of them were created. If I have to remove the hosts from the datacenter and then re-add them I don't think it's worth the hassle.

HI DLB2012, you need to disconnect (disconnect for not disruption) and remove host by host, and re-add by DNS name. If you don't have a dns server in your lan, you can modify the host file in thw windows server.
