ESX is reporting that several of my VMs are using a signifcant amount of memory, however actually going in and checking memory use on the Guest OS (Server 2003), shows that the Guest OS is only using maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of its memory.
Why the big disconnect between ESX and the Guest OS?
VMware Tools is installed on all VMs Guest OS and is up to date.
