Deploy VMs from content library - no customization options in deployment wizard

I am running vCenter Server 6.5 build 6816762 and VCSA 6.5 build 6816762 in 2 test environments. I have a customization specification which needs to enter hostname and IP during deployment. however when I deploy VMs from content library I don't get a window to enter those details. Tried with both Flash and HTML5 web clients.

Since content library doesn't support native vSphere templates yet, it doesn't support using customization specs to deploy OVFs with field prompts. Just a limitation thing at the moment.

Can we use PowerCli to customize this option?

At that point, you'd be using PowerCLI to perform all the customizations programmatically, but you still couldn't call a customization spec.
